The workshop is busy in an orderly way and the crates are stacked neatly. Recently the Tianyi car wash machine factory completed the packing, crating and container loading of a batch of touchless automatic car wash machines, and the container full of China-made smart equipment has officially set off for overseas customers. Every shipment abroad is overseas and domestic customers recognising our quality and service.
Unlike ordinary equipment shipments, export orders carry far stricter standards for workmanship, packaging and quality inspection. From refined testing of the whole machine and protective sorting of parts to professional export crating and reinforced shock-proofing, we control every step strictly. Given long-haul sea freight and cross-region transport, we optimise the packing plan with moisture, shock and impact protection to get the equipment to its destination intact as far as possible.
As a source factory, Tianyi has spent years developing and building touchless car wash equipment. Dropping the traditional brush-contact wash, the machines rely on a high-pressure intelligent cleaning system and suit the cleaning needs of different regions and vehicle types, running steadily with strong adaptability — a good fit for overseas car wash shops, gas stations and repair sites.
From design drawing and precision production to shipping the finished product, we hold to our quality bottom line. Whether for the domestic market or for export orders, we apply the same inspection standards, balancing practicality, stability and durability, and back it with overseas installation guidance, technical support and after-sales service.
These crates ready to go are evidence of what our products can do, and of the confidence behind Chinese-made smart equipment. In future Tianyi car wash machine will keep refining its products, quality and service, bringing dependable Chinese car wash equipment to more countries and regions and supporting efficient growth in the global car wash industry.
