A few days ago, four Tianyi single-brush bus wash machines were shipped out and delivered to a partner bus company. The factory after-sales team has already travelled to the site and is busy commissioning the equipment and training the operators.
Out on the yard, the blue-and-black machines stand in the sunlight, their signature blue brushes ready for action. A blue-green bus is parked alongside as several after-sales technicians gather around the equipment explaining operating procedures to the bus company’s staff. The ground is damp, but the site is well organised — a clear picture of the Tianyi service team’s professionalism.
Buses are long and tall, so washing them by hand every day is heavy, time-consuming work. The bus company bought four Tianyi single-brush bus machines at once precisely to raise the efficiency of appearance maintenance at the depot. Fitted with a large brush assembly, the machine targets the everyday dirt along both flanks — road dust, mud spots and bug residue — and helps cut the repeated hand-scrubbing that wears staff out. Split into groups, the four units also ease the queuing that builds up when buses return to the depot together.
On this visit the after-sales team focused on hands-on training: safe start-up, sensor recognition, how the brushes meet the body, and day-to-day maintenance. Because of the bus vehicle type, the technicians showed how to match the wash parameters, and stressed the standard practice of hand-finishing details such as the roof and the corners of the front and rear bumpers. Taking the outdoor site conditions into account, the team also checked the drainage routes and explained winter pipe drainage, anti-freeze and waterproofing of the electrical controls.
Service does not stop at delivery.
