Another Tianyi automatic car wash machine has arrived in Russia and been installed. As a factory with years in the industry, we know that exported equipment must survive the environment and fit local operating habits. This time we answered the brief with a high degree of automation and deep language customisation.
Labour costs in Russia are high, and many car service businesses run three shifts or stay open overnight, so customers place great value on unattended operation.
- Fully automatic sensing: from vehicle entry and wash start to completion and reset, the process needs no manual button pressing.
- Remote monitoring: Tianyi supplied a dedicated remote monitoring system. Operating status is sent back in real time, and any fault is reported immediately, greatly reducing on-site management difficulty.
- Automatic payment: local payment channels are integrated, including mobile QR payment, so the machine does the work and the owner collects the revenue.
For Russian customers, a complicated interface is often a reason to walk away. To make the machine genuinely local, we customised the software:
- All-Russian interface: the operation screen, back-end management system and fault codes are all in natural Russian, so local staff with no English can use it easily.
- Familiar logic: Russian users tend to prefer simple, direct operation, so we reduced menu levels and put common functions on the first screen for a smoother experience.
Before dispatch, Tianyi put the machine through demanding ageing tests. From precise motor control to stable PLC operation, every detail was refined repeatedly. When the customer sent a video of the machine running late at night with no attendant, completing the wash, wax and drying cycle smoothly, we knew Tianyi had another overseas reference.
Exporting is not only about selling equipment; it is about delivering a mature operating solution. Tianyi car wash machines use unattended operation to free up labour and language customisation to remove barriers. If you are looking for car wash equipment that can travel abroad and generate reliable revenue, Tianyi is ready.
