Drivers scan a QR code to start and clean the dust from floor mats and interior gaps themselves, instead of waiting for staff to schedule it. This “machine washes the outside, self-service cleans the inside” model saves the shop on labour and gives drivers a more flexible process. The owner reports that two people can now cover the whole place, complaints are down by more than half, and running the business is much easier.
