A Tianyi car wash shop in Jiangsu has completed the equipment installation at its new site. Two Tianyi single-arm automatic touchless car wash machines and one self-service unit are in place, and the wash area is now in trial operation.
The site photos show the red single-arm machines inside a quick-assembly wash bay, with roof fans and a red self-service cabinet in the operation area. Anti-slip grating covers the floor and yellow limit lines are clear; drivers park on the lines and start the wash.
Clear division of work: efficiency plus detail
The idea behind the combination is simple: machines for throughput, self-service for detail.
The two automatic touchless machines clean the main body. A high-pressure water curtain and dedicated shampoo remove everyday dust, mud spots and insect residue. No brush touches the paint, which is gentle on cars with paint protection film or ceramic coating and helps reduce scratch concerns. Once the vehicle is recognised, the machine runs pre-rinse, shampoo, rinse and drying automatically; the main wash usually takes a few minutes. With two bays, peak-hour queues are less likely.
The self-service unit is reserved for interior cleaning. Owners can handle floor mats, door panels and seat gaps that the machine cannot reach, giving them flexibility.
In daily operation, we recommend machine washing for the body plus a manual touch for corners: staff wipe the wheel arches and mirror backs, then rinse again for a more consistent finish.
Also suitable for car parks and charging stations
This touchless plus self-service combination is not only for car wash shops. Corner parking bays and charging-station waiting areas can use the same idea: while the car is parked or charging, the touchless machine cleans the body quickly and the self-service unit handles the interior. Scan, start, wash on arrival.
On site adaptation, limited clear height can be handled by adjusting machine height, and narrow lanes by adjusting sensor logic. In northern sites, pay attention to pipe drainage and frost protection, and keep the control cabinet dry and earthed.
