Many petrol stations are looking for a suitable add-on service to keep customers on site, but worry that construction will be complex, slow and disruptive to trading. Today we share a recent Tianyi project: three wash bays with car wash machines at a petrol station.

The project uses a fully automatic touchless car wash machine plus modular wash bay package with three independent bays. The modular structure is assembled on site, so there is no large-scale civil work. The build is controllable and causes little disruption to the station’s daily business.

The equipment washes without contact: no brush touches the body, and high-pressure spray carries out pre-wash, foam, rinse and wax. Customers start the wash by scanning a code, with no attendant needed. The three bays can work at the same time, spreading peak traffic, reducing waiting time and offering fuel and wash in one stop. That improves the customer experience and adds a revenue stream.
The package suits a range of sites. Besides petrol stations, car parks, outdoor retail sites and logistics parks with level ground can use it. Bay numbers and layout can be planned around the available area and traffic.
Tianyi is a source manufacturer and provides a one-stop service from site survey and equipment production to wash bay supply and on-site commissioning. Customers planning a new wash service or a site upgrade can share their site details for a tailored proposal.
