Work resumed after the holiday and shipping is under way in good order. Today the Tianyi car wash machine factory finished packing and dispatching two touchless automatic car wash machines, setting off for a workplace in Shanxi to help the customer build an efficient wash bay.
After every holiday, demand for car cleaning spikes, and traditional washing tends to run short of staff and struggle with throughput. After comparing several options, this Shanxi workplace chose Tianyi touchless automatic car wash machines. The touchless design means no brush touches the body during the wash, easing worries about paint damage; the machines run automatically, so once the vehicle is in position the full cycle completes on its own, reducing the need for staff to be on hand — a good fit for the regular cleaning of a fixed fleet.
As a source factory, Tianyi car wash machine focuses on developing and building automatic car wash equipment. From solution discussion and site survey through production, commissioning and shipping, we follow the whole process and recommend a solution matched to the customer’s actual site. Before dispatch every machine goes through several full-unit tests to make sure it runs reliably and needs little after-sales attention.
At the loading site the staff carefully checked off the equipment, secured and protected it, and handled the logistics handover so the machines arrive safely. Our technical team will then follow up with on-site installation, commissioning and operator training so the customer can start using them as soon as possible.
Market demand keeps shifting, and we always refine our products around the customer’s real situation. Whether you run an enterprise or institution, a car park or a gas station, you are welcome to ask about touchless car wash solutions.
In this new work period Tianyi car wash machine will keep up its production pace and get the quality control and delivery right on every machine. We look forward to working with more customers, using automatic car wash equipment to solve the challenge of cleaning vehicles.
