A Tianyi touchless machine does not touch the paint with brushes: it uses a high-pressure water curtain with a dedicated car wash liquid to deal with everyday dust, mud spots and bug residue. That makes it friendly to vehicles with paint protection film or ceramic coating and helps ease worries about scratches from brushing. The single-arm design is compact, well suited to an indoor wash bay with limited space, covering one side of the vehicle. On site, the technicians focused on the clearance height of the passage, the vehicle entry route and drainage conditions. For the local climate they paid special attention to pipe drainage and anti-freeze design, plus waterproof routing for the electrical controls, and tested the emergency stop and earth-leakage protection. The machine’s sensing and recognition system locates the body outline and matches the wash path automatically. Because the workplace runs a mix of vehicle types, the arm angle and spray pressure can be preset for common sizes such as sedans and SUVs. The notice on the wall also reminds users to look after the equipment and keep the area clean — consistent with the standard operating requirements.
