Treatment process
After the wash wastewater is collected, it is purified and reused through the following steps:
- Step 1: add flocculant to the dosing tank, once a day.
- Step 2: turn the multi-way valve handle on the filter tank to position FILTER (1).
- Step 3: switch on the power and start the self-priming pump, and the recycled water is ready to use.
Electrical control
The matching electrical control system uses quality Chint components made in China: practical, long-lasting and highly automated, and easy to master.
The main power consumers of the water recycling equipment are the self-priming pump, the level controller and the solenoid valve.
- The pump is controlled by the level sensor in the clean water tank and starts and stops automatically at the high and low water levels.
- The solenoid valve opens and closes together with the pump.
- The control system can run automatically or be operated by hand. Normally no dedicated attendance is needed; carry out maintenance periodically according to the electrical equipment management and maintenance rules.
